I welcome you to Arcadiacity. A blog whose main objective is to share ideas about life in a community and the enormous possibilities it offers. As you should know, the concentration of wealth, the transformation of the labor market and the privatization of education, healthcare or the pension system are the main causes of the loss of the welfare state in more or less developed societies. Unfortunately they will not be the only causes, if we take into account the growing scarcity of natural resources, overpopulation and their concentration around these developed areas.

This blog presents a series of personal solutions to these problems, although some are inspired by platforms and groups that already have them in practice. But in essence, what we will do here is visualize them from a single approach. That is, its application in a hypothetical community of several thousand people. The way in which they fit together and their scope will depend to a large extent on the conclusions that can be obtained. At the same time, it aims to find other people who share these ideas and can collaborate on future projects. The most immediate; An extension of the web to host blogs of other authors on this same topic. Finally, Arcadiacity.org is supported by the contribution of its creators and collaborators. For this, we have a link for the voluntary collection of funds, through paypal.

Arcadiacity.org is an exercise in imagination applied to the great problems of our civilization. Imagination that is essential to find future solutions. Whatever they are. So, I ask you to enjoy these readings, and give wings to your imaginative participation.
